What does every plan actually include?
Every CiteBright plan runs the full agentic loop. Your tracked prompts are scanned on a recurring schedule across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI. Gaps are flagged, content is generated, the Slack agent routes it for approval, publishing happens automatically, and a lift report closes the cycle. Nothing is gated to a higher tier.

What counts as a tracked prompt?
A tracked prompt is a question or phrase you add to CiteBright that represents something your target buyers are asking in AI engines. CiteBright runs that exact prompt across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI on each scan cycle and records which sources are cited in the answer. Variations and paraphrases of the same question each count as one prompt.

Can I bring my own writers instead of using the AI generation?
Yes. You can assign any generated content brief to a human writer via the Slack agent. The agent will nudge the assigned person on a schedule until the piece is submitted, reviewed, and approved. The AI draft is optional and can be turned off per prompt if you prefer blank briefs for your team.

Do unused content generations roll over to the next month?
No. Content generation credits reset at the start of each billing period. Tracked prompts persist and continue to be scanned whether or not content is generated for them in a given cycle.
